I've reviewed a lot of Velo Plus products over the past 6 months or so. Now, we have a new one to check out, with a summery type of flavor: Watermelon Chill! To recap, if you aren't familiar with Velo, it's a popular European brand. In 2021, a mini/dry version of Velo launched in the US (which wasn't that great). Velo was later re-launched with slim/moist pouches as "Velo Plus", and it is much, much better. On their website, this product is described as "A juicy slice of watermelon flavor with a frosty finish". Like with others in the series, each can weighs 10.6 grams and has 20 pouches, for 0.53g weight each. This one only comes in the 6mg/pouch nicotine strength. Now, let's open a can and check it out!
The aroma of this one is a rather sweet, present smell of melon. There is a mintyness to it that you pick up in the background, as well. The pouches are slim, with a soft feel, and a moderate moisture amount. Under the upper lip they are quite comfortable, with a pretty quick release of flavor. In the taste, this one is a little on the sweeter side. Being an American market product, they tend to be a little sweeter. The watermelon flavor is present, and wrapped up in a minty freshness. It almost seems like a mint/menthol compliment. The nicotine strength is on the lighter end, and feels to be a little below regular strength. The flavor tends to hang out about 30-40 minutes, on average.

Rating and Final Thoughts
I've had some ask me how this compares to Velo's Watermelon Ice, a product on the European market. It's similar, but this one has a more full sized pouch, more nicotine, and a much sweeter flavor profile. As this product sits, I put it at a 3.38/5. I like it more than Velo Dragonfruit, but not quite as much as Velo Wild Berry. It is pretty tasty, however, and a great release for the summer!
