Cuba White Nicotine Pouches (Mint Flavors) - Review. 17 November 2025.

It's been a while since I've had Cuba, probably since 2021 if my memory serves.  But, I've had some requests for more reviews of the Cuba series, so I figured I'd check it out.  I know they make some crazy strong stuff, so I don't usually venture into this territory, but these are actually close to regular strength.  Each can weighs 13 grams and has 20 pouches, for 0.65g each.  The nicotine content is 16mg/g, which breaks down to just 10.4mg/pouch.  So yes, Nicotobacco in Poland does make some stronger Cuba products, but these are actually closer to regular strength.  In this review, I'll be talking about three of their mint flavored nicotine pouch products.

Before we do all that, I want to discuss what they have in common so as not to be too redundant.

Cuba Specifics:
The Pouch / Mouthfeel - I find the pouches to be slim, moderately moist, and soft.  They feel nice against the gum, as well.
The Nicotine Strength / Release - The nicotine hit is pretty quick, and feels to be a hair above the regular strength level.
The Flavor Longevity - On average I get about 30-40 minutes of flavor..

Cuba Ice Spearmint

Flavor Description:  "A cooling spearmint flavor".

My Thoughts:  Opening the can, I pick up a present, sweet aroma of spearmint.  It is pretty icy, so perhaps there's some menthol in the mix.  In the flavor profile, the spearmint is mild, and gentle.  It's sweet, but not as sweet as other spearmint flavors I've had before.  I also suspect there's a little menthol in the mix.

Cuba Double Fresh

Flavor Description:  "A super fresh taste of mint".

My Thoughts:  This one has a pretty powerful aroma to it.  I pick up a present tone of menthol, with some subtle peppermint tones alongside it.  It's lightly sweet in nature.  In the flavor profile, it appears to be a mix of peppermint and menthol, but perhaps with a little more peppermint.  It's also not overly sweet, which is nice.

Cuba Cold Dry

Flavor Description:  "A sweet, refreshing, icy mint taste".

My Thoughts:  First of all, the "Dry" part is just in the name.  The pouch isn't dry or anything.  I just wanted to clear that up.  This one has a pretty present, smooth mint aroma to it.  It's also slightly sweet.  It appears to be mostly spearmint, but more present than the Ice Spearmint one.  In the flavor profile, the spearmint flavor is front and center.  It is pretty present, and has some sweetness to it.  I'd say this one is a lot like the Ice Spearmint one, but a little more present and slightly more sweet if I had to compare the two.

Rating and Final Thoughts

I'm not the biggest mint guy, so you'll notice these scores are a little lower.  They range from 2.67-2.92/5.  I would say the Cold Dry one was probably the better one out of the bunch (2.92/5), but I'm usually more of a spearmint guy so I suspect that is why.  If you like mint flavors, you may enjoy these.  The products are pretty solid, and I think mint enthusiasts will be pleased with them.
