started reviewing some nasal snuff here, as well. Fun fact, I even made
my own fun little nasal snuff with Toque in the UK! Simon's line of snuff has some pretty interesting aromas, so let's get to know it better!

Arrrrrr, matey. Let's talk about Buccaneer! Opening the can, I notice a floral aroma, a subtle menthol, and a little bit of black cherry. I know it isn't mentioned in the product description, but I swear that's what I pick up with this one. This one is a little more moist than I usually use, but that's okay! I find it pretty easy to take, which is nice. In the nose, I notice a slight eastern spice up front, which reminds me of cardamom. There's a subdued black cherry presence, and a gentle menthol touch. There's also some subtle floral notes in the mix. The nicotine kick is pretty solid; I feel it pretty quick and it has a nice, sustained delivery. I don't get a major drip with this one, no big throat hit, nor does it make me super sneezy. In terms of the after-effect or lingering aroma, I notice some floral notes and some menthol hanging out for a bit.
Rating and Final Thoughts
This one ended up at 3.25/5 for me. It's a pretty nice little snuff. The black cherry, the floral notes, the tobacco base, all good! I'm not a big menthol guy, but even the menthol wasn't too overpowering. I'll give it to Simon and 6 Photo, they definitely have made some interesting and unique aromas with the Simply Snuff line. At the end of the day, this is one I'd recommend if you want to try something a little different!
