Klint Apple Mint (Nicotine Pouches) - Review. 27 February 2023.

It's been a little while since I've encountered a new Klint product, but today we're going to be checking out a new addition in the Klint family:  Apple Mint!  The line originally launched in early 2021, and I've done lots of reviews of their other products, here.  This is a stronger one, coming in at their "X-Strong" level.  Apple and Mint isn't the most common flavor.  Swedish Match's Volt, Zyn, and Thunder make one.  When it comes to this one, the flavor description says, "Sweet and tart notes of green apple with cool tones of menthol".  Each can weighs 14g and has 20 pouches for 0.7g each.  The nicotine content sits at 20mg/g, which breaks down to 14mg/pouch due to the 0.7g pouches.

Opening the can, a really nice aroma comes out.  There is a tart aroma of apple with a light earthiness to it along with a sweet hint of mint.  The pouches are pretty nice in quality.  They're slim, and soft, with a decent moisture amount to them.  Being a mint product, they'll also have a light cooling sensation that comes on.  In the flavor, the apple taste is present, slightly earthy, and with a decent tart bite to it.  The mint isn't too present, but it's there just enough to add a little freshness to the flavor.  In the nicotine department, though it's called an X-Strong, it feels closer to the strong level to me.  In the flavor longevity, it seems to last about 35-40 minutes, on average.

Rating and Final Thoughts

I'm usually not a big fan of mixing mint with other flavors.  However, it works pretty well with this one, and mixing apple and mint in general.  The flavor sits at 3.25/5, and the product has an average overall of 3.42/5.  Not a bad rating for me, and for a nicotine pouch product in general.  This one is pretty solid, if you're an NP fan!  If you like fruity flavors, or mint flavors in general, you may dig this one.
