Today we're talking about a product by the folks at AM Swedish in the 24K Snus line: 24K Gold! I've reviewed some of their other products before, but I recently saw this one on SnusCENTRAL.com so I had to plug in an order and grab some to review. I won't lie, it's exciting to see new snus products come out. In a world of nicotine pouches, it's great when companies still make actual, real snus. The flavor description says, "A dark and smoky tobacco character with clear hints of smoke and malt, as well as slightly dark chocolate". Going into it, it sounds a lot like Ettan so I was curious. Each can weighs 13 grams and has 20 portions, for 0.65 grams each. The nicotine content is 10.5mg/portion, which translates to 16.15mg/g in total.
You know, a lot of times a flavor description can make a snus sound like one thing, then in the end it can taste like something else. This is one of those cases. When you open the can, the aroma that comes through is a pungent, present tobacco aroma. It's dark, with an abundant presence of leather. There's also a light hint of smoke to it. The pouches are soft, but lighter in weight. You can't really fluff these up too much, due to their lighter weight size. As far as the flavor goes, it's not much like the description says, but that's okay, it's still pretty good. It has a pretty powerful tobacco taste to it. The leathery taste is quite present in this one, as well. The tobacco base is dark, with some smokiness to it, as well. The nicotine strength on this one feels to be about the strong level, and the flavor lasts about an hour.

Rating and Final Thoughts
I rated this one at 3.29/5. It wasn't great, but wasn't bad either. Just a little above average for me. I like that a company in 2021 still has the courage to make tobacco flavored products when everything is fruity/mint nicotine pouches. So to AM Swedish, a big kudos for that. Not a lot of companies are brave enough to do that anymore. To the audience, if you like tobacco-centric products, you may enjoy this one. It has a pretty decent flavor to it.
