Snubie x 77 Cherry Cola (Nicotine Pouches) - Review. 27 May 2021.

Today's the day - my latest collaboration has been released!  This is my first collaboration with 77 Pouches in Poland:  Snubie x 77: Cherry Cola (Nicotine Pouches)!  Yes, I know, I've made another nicotine pouch product, but with the market the way it is, no one is making snus anymore, much less doing collaborations.  And this was a flavor I've been wanting to put in a pouch ever since I made Snubie Cherry/Vanilla Cola Loose last year.  77 is a new company, and they make some pretty solid flavors, particularly their recent 77 Vanilla Cola product.  After trying that one, it made me think, "Okay, these 77 folks could nail this Cherry Cola flavor."  And, they did!  So, let's get to know this product a little better.

77 x Snubie Cherry Cola (Nicotine Pouches)
Product Details

Flavor Description:  "A refreshing taste of summer! A refreshing and playful blend of sweet cola and ripe cherries in a mix that invigorates the senses".
Can Contents:  10 grams, 20 portions, 0.5 gram portions
Nicotine Strength:  20mg/g (2.0%) / 10mg/portion

When you open the can, a smooth, mild, lightly sweet aroma of cola comes through.  In the background I find subtle notes of cherry that add to the cola aroma. The pouches are a little lighter in weight than most, but 77 makes lighter pouches.  When doing a collaboration, there are some things you can't change, and some things you agree on, so even though they are lighter, they're honestly not bad.  Soft portion material to them, and a nice cooling feeling under the lip.  In the flavor, the taste follows the nose:  cola, then cherry.  The cola flavor comes through in a smooth, natural, mildly sweet way.  The cherry flavor in the background accentuates the cola taste quite well.  In terms of strength, the lighter portion weight helps make it not so strong.  it feels between regular and strong.  The flavor, on average, lasts about 40-45 minutes.

Rating and Final Thoughts

First, a preface.  I'm not a big nicotine pouch consumer.  With my ratings, I've found anything at a 3 or above is what I'd generally consider to be a good product.  I've only ever rated one at a 4, so honestly a 4 might as well be a 5 for me.  This one ended up at a 3.96/5 for me.  That's a pretty high score.  Honestly, if the pouches were a little more full, this one would have gone over a 4 for me, which would have been a first.  But all in all, it was pretty solid.  I may be a bit biased since I made it, but I enjoyed it.  The flavor was spot on, and an enjoyable one for the summer time.
