NOTE: This product is discontinued and is no longer produced.
I've reviewed these products a few times, but they have gone through a name/design change, so I'm giving them another review. I first had it in 2017 as Granit Strong White Chew Bags, when it was produced by Fiedler and Lundgren. I had it again in 2019 as Granit Extra Strong White Chew Bags, when AG Snus in Denmark began producing them for Fiedler and Lundgren. Now, they're still made by AG Snus, but called Granit White Blast. Also, there is now a slim version, which is called "discreet" instead of "slim". I can't find a nicotine strength or flavor description for these anywhere. I've only seen them sold on Piber.dk, but my friend Jakob in Denmark got these for me to review. What I do know is that the regular version can weigh 16.8g and contains 24 portions for 0.7g portions. The discrete version comes in a 10g can with 22 portions, for 0.45g portions. Beyond that, I can't find anymore info on them. Also, I want to note that these cans have the FlexLid, so I'm assuming Fiedler and Lundgren sends their cans to AG Snus to put the chew bags in.
NOTE: If you're unfamiliar with what chew bags are, and how they differ from snus, I did a 2 minute video on the subject, you can check that out, here.
As far as the products go, they're basically the same other than the portions. The regular size one has a moderately soft, plump white portion that fills out the lip quite well. The discreet version is slimmer/smaller in size, moderately soft, and has a comfortable fit under the lip. The rest is basically the same though. The aroma of these is a mild, gentle citrus smell with a light touch of pepper in the background. The flavor is very much that traditional citrus/tobacco taste. The citrus flavor comes through in a mild way, along with little hints of pepper. There’s also a gentle, mild tobacco taste in the background. Both of these feel to be at the strong level in terms of nicotine. The flavor on both of these lasts around 50-55 minutes on average. I found both of these to be pretty solid products, and if I was in Denmark and could get these instead of snus, I could easily use these as my all day products.
