Today, we're checking out the rebranded and re-launched ONE Vit! Back in 2017, this one originally launched as
General ONE White Portion. In 2020, Swedish Match re-launched it, simply, as
ONE Vit. Then, in late 2025, Swedish Match re-launched it again, back to it's original name: General ONE White Portion. It has come full circle! The flavor description for this snus says "
Light and spicy tobacco character with clear hints of bergamot and citrus, as well as a hint of tea". Each can weighs 20 grams, and has 20 portions, weighing 1 gram each. The Swedish Match site doesn't have a nicotine content listed, but most e-stores have this one sitting at 13mg/g, which would be 13mg per portion. Now, let's check out the taste!
I didn't really notice any difference from the last time I tried it, other than the can design (which looks much better). Opening the can, I pick up a present, tart aroma of bergamot. Behind the citrus, a mild tobacco base, and a touch of pepper. The portions are some of the best on the market. These retain the ONE material, which is a thinner pouch format. This thin material allows the flavor to get out a lot quicker. They're also super soft against the gum. In the flavor profile, it has the same classic General flavor! The bergamot flavor is present, and tart. The tobacco base is earthy, with a rich taste. And, the spicy tones of pepper mix well with the bergamot and tobacco. In the strength, this one feels to be about the strong level, with a solid kick to it. The flavor lasts up to an hour, sometimes more!
Rating and Final Thoughts
I would say the rating is unchanged from last time I had it, but I went back and realized I didn't do a rating on this one. The last time I had this one was slightly before I started doing ratings, I believe. So, now I've done a rating on it. It sits at 3.67/5. This is a pretty great snus. It has the classic General flavor, with some incredibly comfortable portions!
