A few weeks back, I reviewed some new
Paz Nicotine Pouches. Paz is a line of nicotine pouches made by Dholakia Tobacco in India. I first encountered their
Paz "Nicopods" back in 2019. Now, they seem to focus more on their
Rush Nicotine Pouches line. But, Paz is making a comeback, and today I have their new Sunrise Citrus to check out. I grabbed this one an order I did recently from
Snussie.com. The flavor description for this one says "
A refreshing citrus flavor". Each can weighs 12 grams and has 20 pouches, for 0.6 grams each. The nicotine content is 16.6mg/g, which breaks down to 10mg/pouch. Now, let's crack open a can and get into the review!
I like citrusy flavors. There aren't many out there that are available to us in the US, because the FDA had "
red-listed" most of them. Opening the can, the citrusy aroma that comes through is pretty nice. I pick up a present aroma of lemon. Maybe a little bit of orange in there. It's tart, and not sweet, which is nice. The pouch is slim, moist, and soft. It also has a pretty nice feel under the upper lip. In the flavor profile, it's definitely citrusy. It seems to be a nice mix of orange and lemon. It's a tart flavor, but it isn't overly sweet at all. In the nicotine strength, it feels to be about the regular level, and has a solid delivery to it. The flavor hangs out about 30-40 minutes, on average.
Rating and Final Thoughts
This one was pretty good! We don't have a lot of citrus flavors available to us online in the US, so this is one that I would consider using again. I rated it at 3/33.5. If you like lemon, or orange flavors, I think you'd find yourself enjoying this one. It has a pretty good flavor to it!
