Iceberg (Light Strength) Nicotine Pouches - Review. 1 April 2025.

Today, we have 8 Iceberg products to check out!  I've reviewed quite a few of theirs before.  Back in September I reviewed some of their medium strength products, as well as their "gum flavor" products.  In the past, I didn't review a lot of Iceberg stuff, because all I had seen online was their mega strong stuff.  But lately, I've found they make more normal strength stuff, so I figured I'd review some of them.  These are "light strength" products, at 6mg/pouch.  So, I figured we'd break into these and check them out!  If you've never had Iceberg, it's made in Poland and has been around for several years now.  The brand is quite popular.  Each can weighs 12 grams and has 20 pouches, meaning 0.6 grams each.  These are said to be 6mg/pouch, so in total that would be around 10mg/g.  In the reviews, I'm mainly going to cover their differences - aroma and flavor.  But first, I want to talk about what they all have in common.

Commonalities:
The Pouch - Each pouch comes in the slim format, and is soft, and semi-moist.  They have a nice mouthfeel under the lip.
The Nicotine Delivery - These all have a "light" nicotine strength, and feel to deliver just a hair below regular strength.
The Flavor Longevity - All of these tend to last between 30-40 minutes, on average.

Now, let's get into their differences!

Iceberg Watermelon Lime

Flavor Description:  "Watermelon and Lime"

Review:  This one has a pretty nice smell of watermelon, with a little lime, and some menthol.  You'll notice that recurring in these reviews.  Something about the EU pouches, manufacturers love putting menthol in everything.  It's not my cup of tea, but they seem to like it there.  In the flavor profile, I pick up a fresh watermelon, a light sweetness, a little lemon, and yes, some menthol.

Iceberg Strawberry Pomegranate

Flavor Description:  "Strawberry and pomegranate"

Review:  The aroma of this one is slightly tart, and slightly sour.  There is a nice berry presence, and some menthol.  In the flavor, I pick up menthol, followed by a tart berry taste and a faint sweetness.

Iceberg Sour Berries

Flavor Description:  "Tart berry flavor"

Review:  In the aroma, you'll notice tart berry and menthol when you open up the can.  In the flavor, the berry taste makes me think mostly of cherry and raspberry.  And yes, more menthol.

Iceberg Emerald

Flavor Description:  "Apple and lemon"

Review:  In the aroma, this one is pretty much just apple and menthol.  I don't really pick up lemon in the aroma, or in the flavor.  It's mostly a nice, green apple flavor with subtle tones of menthol.

Iceberg Dragon Fruit

Flavor Description:  "Dragon Fruit"

Review:  In this one, I pick up menthol in the aroma first, followed by a fruity berry aroma.  In the flavor profile, the menthol comes through first again.  The berry flavor is lightly sweet, fruity, and semi-tart.

Iceberg Bubble Gum

Flavor Description:  "Bubble Gum"

Review:  I've had the medium strength version of this one before, and this one is quite similar.  In the aroma and the flavor, this one is pretty much a straightforward presence of pink bubble gum and menthol.  It's pretty nice.

Iceberg Arasaka

Flavor Description:  "Peach"

Review:  I've also had the medium strength version of this one in the past.  This one is one of the better ones.  It has an aroma and flavor of peach and menthol.  The peach taste is pretty good!

Iceberg Black Currant

Flavor Description:  "Black Currant"

Review:  In the aroma of this one, I notice a subtle black currant and grape presence, and some menthol.  An interesting thing, in the aroma and the flavor of this one, I notice something that reminds me a little of black pepper.  Flavor-wise, very much the same - menthol, a little grape, a little black currant.  Not bad.

Rating and Final Thoughts

So, we'll start from the top and work our way down!  At 3.33/5, Arasaka and Watermelon Lime.  After that, at 3.25/5, Bubble Gum, Sour Berries, Black Currant, and Emerald.  Then, at 3.17/5, Strawberry Pomegranate and Dragon Fruit.  All in all, these weren't too bad.  And, it shows you that Iceberg has some lighter strength stuff than the mega-strong stuff you're probably aware of!
