Today, we're going to be talking about a new nicotine pouch line, meet Yoyo! This isn't just any nicotine pouch line, however. This is one developed by my friend Conny Andersson. Conny is the genius behind Crafted Snus Whisky, Islay Whisky Snus, Hope and Glory IPA Snus, and many more great products. He's recently been consulting on these products, and now a line of nicotine pouches crafted by the man himself has come to light. I've only seen them on one website, HouseOfNicotine.com, but I'm not sure where all they ship to, honestly. Yoyo comes in three flavors - New York/Mint, Havana/Mojito, and London/Lime/Strawberry/Mint. In this review, we'll be covering all three of these flavors!
Yoyo Havana
Yoyo Havana has a flavor of mojito, which is a Cuban highball made of rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water, mint. Each can weighs 11g and has 20 portions, for 0.55g portions. The nicotine content is 9mg/g, or 4.95mg/portion. When you open the can, the aroma that greets you is a present aroma of lime. It’s lightly tart, but with a light sweetness and a minty freshness to it. The portions are moderately soft, and light in weight. In the lip, there’s a gentle cooling presence, as well. The flavor is a pretty smooth taste of lime. It’s lightly tart, and lightly sweet. I pick up a minty presence to it, but it’s mild and fresh in nature. The nicotine strength feels to be around the regular strength level, and the flavor lasts about 40-45 minutes on average.
Yoyo London
Yoyo London has a taste of lime, strawberry, and mint. Each can weighs 11g and has 20 portions, for 0.55g portions. The nicotine content is 12mg/g (1.2%), or 6.6mg/portion. When you open the can, a light, natural smell of strawberry greets you. There’s a fresh minty presence in the background, and a light touch of lime. The portions are slim, and moderately soft to the touch and under the lip. There’s also a light cooling presence when you put one in. In the flavor, the strawberry and lime come through pretty clearly. There’s a minty presence to it, but it’s not in your face minty. The nicotine feels to be around the regular strength level, and the flavor lasts about 40-45 minutes on average.
Yoyo New York
Of course, mint being the most popular flavor in the universe, they had to make one. Yoyo New York has a taste of mint. Each can weighs 11g and has 20 portions, for 0.55g portions. The nicotine content is 15mg/g (1.5%), or 8.25mg/portion. The aroma of this one is a gentle, lightly sweet peppermint smell. The portions are slim, light in size, and soft to the touch and under the lip. Under the lip you’ll encounter a mild cooling presence, a common attribute of most mint products. The flavor is a smooth, lightly sweet, clear taste of peppermint. I find the nicotine to be about the strong level, and the flavor to last about 40-45 minutes on average.
If I had to rank them, I liked the Havana (Mojito) the most. Then London (Lime/Strawberry/Mint) next. New York (Mint) was okay, but there's so many mint products out there I don't really get excited anymore about them. But that's just me. If you're a nicotine pouch fan though, you may enjoy these. I'm not sure if the US will get access to them, but keep your eyes peeled on your favorite e-store!
