Skruf Superwhite (Crystal Fresh) Nicotine Pouches - Review. 17 November 2025.

It's been many, many years since I've had Skruf SuperWhite.  It was added to the FDA Red List back in February of 2024, so it's been hard to track down in America.  I was able to recently find some, and I've been curious to try this one out.  This is Skruf Superwhite Crystal Fresh, which is said to have a "fresh mouth sensation".  The flavor says it is a taste of "aromatic eucalyptus and cooling menthol".  Each can weighs in at 17.3 grams and contains 24 pouches, weighing just 0.72g each.  The nicotine content is a level 4/5, at 16.65mg/g.  That sits just a hair above 12mg/pouch.  Let me show you something interesting next!

I cut open one of the pouches to see what was inside them.  You'll see little blue crystals in there.  I'm not entirely sure what they actually are, but I've been told that it's to provide some extra freshness, and a clean sensation in the mouth.  They could be crystals of mouthwash, I don't know.  But I wanted to open up the pouch and see them up close.  They're small and kind of hard to see, so you can amplify that photo if you want!

Opening the can, the aroma that comes through is a present, fresh aroma of menthol.  It has a light amount of sweetness to it, as well.  The pouches are slim, and quite soft.  They have a nice moisture amount to them and a soft feel against the gum.  The pouch is lightly sticky I've noticed.  When I'm using it, it does feel fresh, and pretty clean.  In the flavor profile, I'm not usually the biggest menthol user.  I like it when I'm sick, but that's usually about the only time I use something with that type of flavor.  The menthol taste is present, and fresh.  It's not super sweet, but has a little sweetness to it.  The nicotine strength is strong, but not too strong.  To me it feels between regular and extra strong, but closer to extra strong.  The flavor itself lasts a solid 40-45 minutes or so.

Rating and Final Thoughts

This one was pretty decent in terms of how fresh it feels.  I'm not a big user of menthol, so this one scored a lower score, at 2.92/5.  The flavor was pretty decent, and the pouch was pretty comfortable.  And, it's been a while since I've had Skruf SuperWhite.  These have been missed.  They have a great quality to them.  If you're a menthol flavor fan, I think you'd probably be pleased with these!
