More Grinds Energy Pouch Reviews - 17 November 2025.

A few months back, I did a review of Grinds Energy Pouches.  Today, I have even more of them to check out!  We have Watermelon, we have Sour Apple, and we have Peach!  If you're not familiar with these, this is how their site describes them:  "A big energy boost.  Use anytime, anywhere.  Made with premium, naturally-derived caffeine.  Experience increased energy in just 30 seconds".  In the contents, each can weighs 9 grams, with 18 pouches.  The pouches weigh in at 0.5 grams each.  The caffeine content is 80mg, which I think is per pouch.  Last time I had these, I enjoyed them, so it'll be fun to try out some new flavors from the Grinds folks.  Before we talk about the flavors, let's check out what they have in common!

Commonalities:

The Pouch - The pouches are now more slim than last time.  Last time I had them, they were regular side.  They retain a moderately dry feel to them, as well.  They're stiff under the lip, but as they moisten up they will get more soft.

The Effect - It has a pretty nice pick-me-up effect, much like slamming a can of Mountain Dew first thing in the morning.

The Flavor Longevity - I found a solid 30-40 minutes of flavor each.

Now, let's see how they taste!

Grinds Energy Sour Apple

Flavor Description:  "A burst of crispy green apple with the perfect bite of sweet and tart".

My Review:  Opening the can, this one has quite a nice apple aroma.  It's got a lot going on.  It's sweet, it's tart, and it's fresh.  In the flavor, green apple comes through pretty clearly.  It has a tangy nature to it, and a tart bite.  There's some sweetness to it, but it's not overdone.

Grinds Energy White Peach

Flavor Description:  "Juicy sun-ripened peach bursting with a refreshing wave of sweet satisfaction".

My Review:  I love the flavor of peach so I was eager to try this one.  In the aroma, a juicy, lightly sweet aroma of peach comes through.  The flavor essence captures the peach taste very well.  The peach taste is fresh, and lightly sweet.  It's pretty good stuff.

Grinds Energy Watermelon

Flavor Description:  "A crisp, vibrant fruity flavor with a clean finish".

My Review:  Watermelon is always a fun flavor.  It's great for summer.  So I was pretty eager to try this one out and see how it captured that essence.  The watermelon aroma is pretty gentle, and it's not too overbearingly sweet.  In the flavor profile, I pick up a nice, smooth taste of watermelon.  The watermelon flavor is pretty gentle, and mild.  It has a subtle sweetness to it, and certainly not overdone.  All in all, pretty tasty.

Rating and Final Thoughts

I enjoyed the Grinds Energy Pouches last time I had them, and I found these to be pretty good, too.  They have some nice flavors, and a solid kick of energy to them.  Peach and Apple were my favorite two, I gave them a 3.5/5.  Watermelon right behind at 3.33/5.  It was a little more mild in taste than I like, but still not bad.  If you're a pouch enthusiast, and you're looking for nicotine alternatives, or just something for a morning pick me up, you'll be satisfied with these!
