Lundgren's Mörk Stark (Nicotine Pouches) - Review. 31 August 2025.

I've spent the entire day today reviewing nicotine pouches, and most of them are on the sweeter side.  So, I'll be honest, it's nice to get to something with a more adult, mature flavor.  On deck we have Lundgren's Mörk Stark, a stronger version of Lundgren's Mörk.  BAT's Lundgren's Mörk ranks pretty highly for me, and usually ends up on my recommendation lists.  The flavor description for this one says "A taste of tobacco, bergamot, leather and hay".  Each can weighs 16.8g and has 20 pouches, for 0.84g pouches.  The nicotine content is 14.9mg/g, which hits high at 12.52mg/pouch.  Now, let's pop one of these in and check out the taste!

In the aroma, this one has a nice, rich, dark, earthy aroma to it.  I pick up tobacco, a little leather, a grassy essence, and a slight touch of bergamot.  The pouches are amazing.  These are, without doubt, the best around.  They're full, plump, and incredibly soft.  They have a really nice feel against the gum.  In the flavor profile, this is very much a traditional taste.  It's not your standard double bubble mega mint nicotine pouch.  These one tastes like snus.  I pick up an earthy tobacco-esque flavor.  There are grassy hints, and subtle leather notes.  And, a faint bergamot in the background.  The nicotine strength feels a little above regular, with a quick hit.  The flavor lasts about 40-45 minutes.

Rating and Final Thoughts

This is a great pouch.  It has a great flavor, and is more in line with traditional, adult tastes.  There aren't a lot of nicotine pouches out there that have this type of flavor to them.  I rated it at 3.5/5.  It is a little stronger than I prefer, so if you're like me, they also make a less strong version, too!  But, it's definitely one to check out if you're tired of all the minty, fruity, sweet stuff out there.
