I recently did an order from
Snussie.com, and was quite curious when I saw these Killa XXL nicotine pouches. You don't see big nicotine pouches very often. There's been a few over the years I've tried:
Velo X-Freeze (2021),
Lyft Urban Vibe (2020), Lyft
Storm (2020), and more recently the
Lundgren's Nicotine Pouches line, as well as
Greatest XL! Now we have these, which I've been ready to crack into! The flavor description for this one says "
A smooth, invigorating flavor of mint". Each can weighs 20 grams, and contains 20 pouches, at 1 gram each. The nicotine content is 16.5mg/g, which is (with 1 gram pouches) 16.5mg/pouch! Now, let's open a can and do a review!
Which the can says Cold "Dry", I don't find the pouches to be dry. They're plump, moist, and quite soft to the touch. In the aroma, it seems to be peppermint, but with some menthol tones. It's semi-sweet, but not overly sweet. Under the lip, the pouch is plump, soft, and feels great. I also get a light cooling presence when I put one under the lip, from the mint flavor profile. The minty flavor is pretty refreshing, and pleasant. I pick up peppermint tones first, along with a subtle sweetness. There's also some mild notes of menthol that come through. The nicotine strength feels to be about the strong level, and has a pretty quick kick to it. I find the flavor lasts about 30-40 minutes, on average.
Rating and Final Thoughts
This was a pretty nice product. I love the big, plump pouches on this one. The rating for this one is 3.08/5. I wish they made these in flavors other than mint. I noted the same thing with Greatest XL. If this was a different flavor, I think the rating would have been even higher. But, if you like mint and want a big pouch, check this one out!
