Chainpop (Nicotine Pouches) - Review. 31 October 2023.

I recently stumbled across this new brand called Chainpop, and was curious to try them out.  They have some rather interesting flavors.  Their website says, "The aim for Chainpop is to be the number one premium brand for all white nicotine pouches. The experience should taste, feel and look better than anything else on the market today.  Our flavours are unique and fresh, and blends together well – made with the help of top rated chefs from two countries".  That last part got my attention.  As a chef myself, I'm all about flavor blends.  So it was intriguing to me to see chefs behind the flavors that make this brand.
Today, I have two of their more interesting flavors to try out:  Peach & Honey and Apple & Cinnamon.  Before we get into the review, we'll cover the product specifics!

Product Specifics
Can Contents - 12 grams, 20 pouches, 0.6g each
Nicotine Content - 15mg/g, which is 9mg/pouch

Now, let's get into the reviews!

Chainpop Apple & Cinnamon
Flavor Description:  "Bite into the stingy green apple, that seduces you with a blend of sweet and sour magic. Topped with a sting of warm cinnamon for the cold winter days, for energy, enjoyment and that unique sparkling Chainpop experience. Even better? It is long lasting!"

Review:  Opening the can, I notice cinnamon up front.  It's slightly spicy, and slightly sweet.  There's also a light hint of apple in the mix.  The pouch is slim, moderately dry, and soft.  I notice a slight burn in the lip when I put one in, which is pretty nice.  The flavor is quite good.  I pick up a present taste of cinnamon that is sweet, but spicy.  There are subtle hints of apple in the background.  The nicotine feels about regular, and the flavor hangs out about 40-45 minutes.

Chainpop Peach & Honey
Flavor Description:  "With a sweet taste of sun-ripened peaches reminiscent of sunny Georgia, sprinkled with notes of honey from the deep forests of Sweden. It comes together in a smooth match made in heaven, soothing for your concentration and calm. Smell the honey and taste the peach in a long lasting experience."

Review:  This one has a nice, natural smell of honey right up front.  It's lightly sweet, with subtle hints of peach.  The pouches are slim, semi-dry, soft, and comfortable under the lip.  The flavor is really good.  The honey presence is smooth, warm, and natural.  I notice a little peach, and a light sweetness.  The nicotine also feels about regular and I notice the same flavor longevity, about 40-45 minutes.

Rating and Final Thoughts

All in all, not too bad!  My main thing is that I wish the pouches were bigger.  They feel kinda small in the lip, and I think pushing them to 0.7-0.8g would make these a little better.  But the flavors are really good, really top notch.  They're high quality tastes, and they have a lot of presence to them.  The Peach Honey one came out on top at 3.42/5, and the Apple Cinnamon next at 3.25/5.  Both were good though!
