Cannadips Go Fuel (CBG+Caffeine Pouches) - Review. 3 November 2022.

The folks at Cannadips are always coming out with something new.  They originated the CBD and THC pouch category.  They followed it up with CBD-free "terpene pouches".  Now they've brought some more new stuff to the market - such as Go Fuel Pouches (CBG+Caffeine) and Sleep Fuel Pouches (CBN+Melatonin).  In this review, we'll be talking about Go Fuel!  This is how the Cannadips site describes these:  "Go Fuel is an energy drink in a pouch, without all the unhealthy calories and in a delivery system that works quick and effective.  Bursting with the "focus cannabinoid" CBG and coupled with caffeine- Go Fuel has you ready to run through walls or perform at your highest mental output".  If you're not familiar with CBG, or cannabigerol, don't feel bad.  Prior to this review I wasn't either.  Doing some research I found it helps support focus, helps with appetite, helps with stress management, supports eye health, helps with inflammatory response, and helps alleviate discomfort, to name a few things.  It seems that this product zeroes in on the focus aspect of that, especially with the addition of caffeine.

CBG Content - Each pouch contains 10mg of CBG and 25mg of Caffeine + Guarana

Product Commonalities:

Pouch / Mouthfeel - Like other Cannadips products, these are the slightly dryer pouches.  They are pretty soft, and as they get more moist under the lip they soften up and release more flavor.

Flavor Longevity - Like with other Cannadips products, the flavor lasts quite a while.  I've found these to last well over an hour, sometimes up to 1.5 hours.

Effect - I wasn't sure what to expect going into this one.  I'd never had CBG previously.  So, I used these in the morning when I usually drag the most.  I did find myself to be stimulated, and more alert.  I'm not sure if that's from the CBG or the caffeine, but that's the effect I noticed with these pouches.

Now, let's get into the reviews and how they differ, which is going to be in the aroma and the flavor.

Cannadips GoFuel: Charge Up Mocha

Flavor Description:  "Mocha"

Review:  This one is a new flavor for Cannadips, so I was quite curious to try it out.  I don't drink coffee myself, but I think coffee lovers are really going to enjoy this one.  The aroma is a present, rich coffee smell.  I notice a little chocolate in the mix as well.  The flavor is quite tasty, and I'm not even someone who drinks coffee.  I notice smooth, chocolate tones mixed with a warm, rich taste of coffee.  It's pretty tasty stuff!

Cannadips GoFuel: Charge Up Mint

Flavor Description:  "Mint"

Review:  I like Cannadips regular mint product, I've enjoyed it for several years.  This one is the same aroma and flavor as that one!  The peppermint smell is smooth, present, and sweet.  In the lip, I get a little cooling presence with this one due to the mint flavor profile.  The taste is very similar.  It's a smooth, present, natural flavor of peppermint.  It's sweet, but not too sweet!

Cannadips GoFuel: Charge Up Mango

Flavor Description:  "Mango"

Review:  Mango is one of my favorite flavors from Cannadips.  Needless to say, I was quite excited when I saw one of the flavors in the Go Fuel / Charge Up series was going to be mango.  In the aroma, it's nice and tropical.  The mango is present, and has a subtle sweetness to it.  It's very well balanced in aroma, as well as in flavor!  In the taste, it's just like their regular mango.  The taste is present, natural, and tropical.  It's slightly sweet, but certainly not overly sweet by any means.  It's very enjoyable!

Rating and Final Thoughts

I was pretty impressed with this series.  I like how Cannadips is always innovating and coming up with new products, flavors, and formats.  This one is good for those who want an extra kick in the morning, and a little extra focus!  I found the effect to be pretty intriguing, and unique.  If you're into this sort of thing and want to try something new, I'd definitely suggest them.  I found it a fun little excursion!  I liked mango the most, at 4.54/5.  The other two were pretty good as well, with mint and mocha rating at 4.04/5.
