ZoneX Cosmic Blast (Nicotine Pouches) - Review. 18 May 2022.

Last year, in the fall of 2021, Skruf launched ZoneX Nicotine Pouches.  Similar to their Skruf Super White brand, but with a different name.  The ZoneX name had been used before as a rebranding of Skruf Super White in certain markets over the past few years, but it seems now Skruf is attempting to make it more of it's own thing.  Today, we're talking about ZoneX Cosmic Blast, a new release in the family!  The flavor description for this one says, "Bursting with sweetness, sourness, and spiciness from a unique combination of fresh red berries and aromatic vanilla".  Each can weighs 15.4 grams and has 20 pouches, for 0.77 grams each.  The can says the nicotine content is 10mg/pouch, so doing some backward math that would be around 12.98mg/g in total.

Honestly, this one reminds me a lot of an energy drink.  I even had Mrs. Snubie, the queen of energy drinks, smell it and she said the same thing.  When you open the can, a present, tart red berry smell greets you.  It's very slightly sweet, and has a faint, subtle hint of vanilla.  The pouches are slim, semi-moist, and pretty soft to the touch and under the lip.  In the flavor profile it, again, tastes like an energy drink.  The berry taste is up front, and comes through in a tart, semi-sweet way.  There's just a dab of vanilla in the flavor profile, but not too much at all.  The nicotine strength feels about the regular strength level, and the flavor lasts about 45-50 minutes, on average.

Rating and Final Thoughts

All in all, this one wasn't too bad.  While I'm not a big nicotine pouch user myself, and I don't really drink energy drinks, I think people are going to dig this one.  I rated it at 3.08/5.  Overall, it's a pretty quality product.  The flavor is certainly intriguing, and not a common one in the world of nicotine pouches.  I think those who are looking for something unique are going to enjoy ZoneX Cosmic Blast.
