Over the past year, I've been getting Snubie back to basics - focusing on more tobacco products and less non-tobacco products. That means diving into the world of American moist snuff, or, dip. Granted, I'm a snus guy, and I don't really use dip, but I love tobacco and it's fine to try new things. This is, surprisingly, a re-review. Well, I never did a text review on it, but I did a video review on it back in 2018. But yes, this is technically my first dip "re-review"! This is Timberwolf Peach Pouches, a product made by Pinkerton Tobacco. I like reviewing products like Timberwolf (or Longhorn), because they're made by Pinkerton which is owned by Swedish Match. I use mostly Swedish Match snus products, so I know about the high quality standards they put on their products. Timberwolf is a relatively new brand; it launched back in 1994. Their "pouches" were originally called "packs" (you know, like Wolf Packs), which launched in 2006.
Peach isn't a common flavor in the world of snus, so it's one I tend to pick up from time to time in the world of dip. This one, particularly. When you open the can, this one has a juicy, sweet aroma of peach. It has an earthy, dark tobacco base, and some smokiness. The pouches are nice and moist! They are bigger in size, and fill out the lip quite well. In the flavor profile, it's a nice, summery taste of peach! The peach taste is ripe and juicy, and semin-sweet. There's a rich, dark tobacco taste behind it, along with some smokiness and subtle hints of wood. In the nicotine strength, it feels to deliver around the regular strength level. I find the flavor to last 40-45 minutes, on average.
The product description for this one says, "Savor the flavor of freshly ripened peaches". Each can weighs 0.82oz (23.25g), and contains 15 pouches weighing 1.55g each. The nicotine content I found online for Timberwolf lists it at 14.1mg/g. The side label on the can says it contains at least 65% US tobacco.

Rating and Final Thoughts
This is a product that I enjoy from time to time. It's a unique taste, but one that I do get a craving for here and there. I rated this one at 3.79/5. I find the peach taste to be quite enjoyable, and well balanced with a rich tobacco base. For my snus audience, if you've ever considered trying out dip, this is one that I'd suggest checking out. It's quite different from what I'm used to, and what I usually use, but I definitely don't mind throwing a can of this in my pocket now and then!
Disclaimer: I'm still a snus guy. If you're looking to switch from smoking to a safer form of smokeless tobacco, I still encourage Swedish Snus being that option. In my opinion, Swedish Snus is the most enjoyable, safest oral smokeless tobacco product available. Dip is a fun excursion from time to time, but I still encourage snus usage over dip usage.
