V&You &Chill CBD Pouches - Review. 14 September 2020.

I've been adding CBD pouch reviews lately, because Mrs. Snubie is really into them.  And you all know the phrase, "Happy Wife, Happy Life".  That, and I've seen the great benefits of CBD, so I've enjoyed writing about them.  Today, we're talking about some products from a new company in the UK, V & You.  So far, I've only reviewed Cannadips CBD Pouches, so these are something new!  These are also twice as strong as Cannadips, at 20mg of CBD per pouch.  Each can contains 15 pouches.  CBD pouches are also a little more costly than snus.  On their store, they are listed at £14.99 or $19.18 USD.  I've also seen the UK store FirstLinePods has them at £12.99 or $16.62 USD.  So if you're in the UK, that's an option if you want to try these out.  They also have a line of nicotine pouches, which I'll be reviewing soon, as well.

If you're new to CBD, I'll explain.  On their website, their description says "This formula is extracted from the cannabis or marijuana plant and is being used to treat a wide range of ailments with extremely high success rates."  Drugs.com mentions that CBD is "effective at relieving anxiety, depression, pain, inflammation, and improving sleep".  My wife uses CBD pouches for back pain and cramps and loves the stuff.  So, CBD does have a variety of benefits to it.  In this review, I'll be reviewing my usual - aroma, portion, flavor, longevity, things like that.  But Mrs. Snubie will give her thoughts on the CBD at the end, as she's the CBD guru here.

V&You &Chill CBD Pouches: Berry

When you open the can, the aroma of berry comes through clearly and reminds me of a mix of strawberry and raspberry.  The portions are slim and soft, much more discrete when compared to other CBD pouches on the market.  The flavors a gentle taste of berry, again, reminding me of a strawberry/raspberry mix.  There's also a light herbal hint in the background, and a very mild pepper tone.  The flavor, on average, lasts about 45-50 minutes.

V&You &Chill CBD Pouches: Citrus

The aroma of this one reminds me a lot of lemonade.  It's a present lemon aroma, with a mild pepper tone in the background.  The portions, like the last one, are slim, soft, and feel great under the lip!  The citrus flavor comes through quite clearly as a lightly tart flavor of lemon, along with a mild peppery note in the background.  It's super tasty.  The flavor, on average, lasts about 45-50 minutes.

V&You &Chill CBD Pouches: Mint

When you open the can, the aroma of mint comes through in a clear, mildly sweet way.  Being a mint product, you'll encounter a mild cooling presence under the lip.  The portions, like the others, are slim, and soft, and comfortable under the upper lip.  The mint flavor is quite mild, but very present.  It's lightly sweet, but not overly sweet.  It's a pretty long lasting flavor, I can usually keep these in for about 40-50 minutes on average.

The CBD Effect/Delivery:

For this part, I turned to Mrs. Snubie, as she is the CBD guru here at Snubie.com.  I can review flavor and all that all day long, but she knows CBD more than I do.  She noticed a quick release and fast absorption of the CBD, and was feeling the benefits shortly after putting one in.  Her back pain was lessened with one pouch, so the CBD amount is adequate, and releases quickly.  So, for her part of this, she definitely gave it her approval.  Her favorite one of the three was mint, but my favorite one of the three was citrus.  So, with that being said, let's get into the rating!

For this product, we rated them all together.  I did my rating, and then Mrs. Snubie did her rating.  I didn't do a rating on the CBD effect for the average, so we just took her rating on that, since she gets CBD more than I do.  After that, we did an average.

Packaging - 3.5/5 - Great looking cans with a modern design.

Aroma - 3.75/5 - Each product has pleasant, and present aromas.

Mouthfeel - 3.75/5 - The slim white portions are more comfortable in the lip than most CBD pouches.

Flavor - 3.25/5 - Easily detectable, pleasant, and enjoyable flavors.

CBD Delivery - 5/5 - Mrs. Snubie rated this one exclusively, and was pleased with the quick delivery.

Flavor Longevity - 3.5/5 - Each one lasts a decent amount of time.

Overall Rating - 3.79/5 - We were both impressed with this release and look forward to more from this company in the future!

Final Thoughts

If you're into CBD pouches, definitely check these out.  They have pretty pleasant flavors, and a higher amount of CBD.  Also, the slim portions are a bonus if discretion is an issue.  Soon, I'll be trying the nicotine pouches from V&You, so stay tuned!
