Big news from Skruf. First - they're updating the color and shape of their cans. At this time, I'm not sure what that means, but this photo on their website seems to have a preview of what it will look like. Skruf has added a little tag under the label of their cans that says, "From April will change color and shape of the can of snus you hold in your hand. We have tried to create a box that better represents the craftsmanship and the passion that creates our snuff. Life is full of choice and we are proud that you have chosen Skruf. Hope you continue to choose to join the journey towards the perfect snuff."
Next, we found out that there is a new product line coming from Skruf. Late April or early May there will be a new range launching. "We will launch a new Skruf range in the Swedish market calendar week 16. All six domestic Skruf products will be produced from 100% certified ecological tobacco and placed in a new can with a design that is aimed to represent the craftsmanship and passion that goes into the creation of Skruf. All flavours in the new Skruf range are naturally sourced.
In connection we also launch Skruf Slim Mynta White – A slim white portion made from certified ecological tobacco and 10% mint leaves for a fresh mint flavour."
I'm excited to see these new products. I'm not sure what "ecological tobacco" means, but I'm hoping it's something in the same vein as Skruf Selection or General Green Harvest. I should have the new products soon to review, so keep an eye out for that!
