Nord 66 - Southern Storm (Discontinued). Review. 7 July 2013.
For some reason, people are really digging this Nord66 line. I haven't seen this much excitement behind a snus line in quite some time. Recently, Skruf has added on a new sku to the Nord lineup, "Southern Storm". The product description describes it as "a strong and exciting snus, with a hot touch of chili." I won't dispute it's strength, Nord66 definitely provides that strength that is common of Skruf Snus, and the free nicotine level definitely allows for a hell of a nic hit. The flavor is what's interesting about this. It's really quite unique.
When you open the can, the aroma is a bold and peppery tobacco aroma, no hints of citrus as is common of most snuses I enjoy. The flavor is really unique. It's a bold, rich tobacco flavor with a hint of something I can only describe as Tabasco, a nice little spicy kick. It's a really unique flavor, and I really dig it. I'm a big fan of this one, and I'd definitely say check it out if you're a fan of spicy foods.
