Oden's Extreme Loose. Review. 28 April 2011.

In 2011, a new tobacco companied called GN Tobacco set out to do something that no one else had done before.  To make the world's strongest snus.  Weighing in at 22mg/g of nicotine, this was the first snus released that could be classified as "ultra strong". But it's not just the nicotine that made this snus so unique.  It's the aroma, the flavor - everything! The flavor description says, "Oden's Extreme has a deep, spicy, pure tobacco flavor and with a nicotine content of 22mg/g, Oden’s Extreme is one of the world’s strongest snus! Expect the unexpected!" This snus comes in at a nicotine content of 22mg/g of nicotine.  The can weighs 40 grams, so you'll get a good amount of snus in the can!

As a lossnus, Oden's Extreme is great. It's fluffy, moist, extremely easy to handbake (which is something I like in a lossnus). Sure, I love my Icetool, but sometimes it's fun just to reach in, pack a prilla together, and throw it in your lip. The taste of Oden's Extreme Los is much like it's portion counterpart. A pure tobacco base with a spicy/zesty peppery overtone, the familiar salt balance tying everything together - and a killer nicotine hit. I made a nice little snusball just to check it out for the first time and it hit me like a freight train. This is not for the weak! If you're used to making a massive prilla of GES or something of the like - don't do it with this! Start small, because it packs quite a punch! I had to make my prilla smaller the second time around because I wanted to enjoy the taste of Oden's Extreme longer. It is truly something to be appreciated.  The snus stays together pretty well in the lip and the flavor lasts quite a while, as well!

Big ups to GN Tobacco for making something that snus users have long been asking for - a snus that is tobacco-centric in flavor.
