Lucy Nicotine Pouches - Review. 1 October 2025.

It's been a while since I've had Lucy's nicotine pouches.  I tried them back in 2021 when they were relatively new.  I've had some requests to do new reviews of these, and to try out other flavors in the range, so I figured it was time to give these a try!  These are the regular Lucy pouches, and not their Breakers.  I'll be doing a review on those later today.  I weighed these out, and found each pouch to sit at 0.55g each.  The can weighs 8.25g in total, with 15 pouches per can.  I found the pouches to be slim, but dry.  They have a moderately soft feel to them.  I got these in the 8mg strength, but they also have them in 4mg and 12mg.  I found the 8mg strength to be quite comfortable at the regular strength level.  The flavor longevity was also pretty solid; usually I got about 35-40 minutes of life per pouch.  Now, let's try them out!

Lucy Wintergreen

Flavor Description:  "A fresh and natural wintergreen flavor".

My Review:  This one has the presence of what I've come to call "mintergreen".  In the aroma, it's a sweet, minty aroma.  There is some wintergreen to it, but it's quite mild.  The same holds true with the flavor.  It's more on the mint side than the wintergreen side.  It's lightly sweet, and seems to be mostly that mint character.  I do pick up some wintergreen, but it's quite faint.

Lucy Mint

Flavor Description:  "An icy-cool mint taste".

My Review:  This one is like the last one, but without the hint of wintergreen to it.  In the aroma, I pick up a smooth, fresh, lightly sweet aroma of peppermint.  In the flavor profile, it's a pretty standard mint taste.  It's not too bold, but has a decent presence to it along with a subtle sweetness.

Lucy Mango

Flavor Description:  "Ripe mango flavor".

My Review:  Of the bunch, I think this one is my favorite.  It has a pretty fresh, tropical aroma of mango to it.  It's not mega sweet, so that's a bonus.  The flavor profile is also pretty solid.  It's got a tropical, fruity, mellow taste of mango.  It's sweet, but not mega sweet.  Pretty tasty stuff!

Lucy Espresso

Flavor Description:  "Delightfully rich, freshly brewed java flavor".

My Review:  I'm not a big coffee drinker, just a heads up before this review.  The aroma is pretty nice though.  It has a gentle coffee aroma to it, but it's smooth.  It's almost creamy, but slightly nutty.  The flavor is pretty solid.  If you're a coffee enthusiast, you'll be pleased with this one.  It's a gentle taste of coffee, slightly nutty, and almost creamy in essence.  It's also not overly sweet in the aroma or flavor, so that's nice!

Lucy Cinnamon

Flavor Description:  "The unique taste of cinnamon".

My Review:  In the aroma, this one definitely has a cinnamon character to it.  It's lightly sweet, and lightly spicy.  The flavor reminds me a lot of a piece of cinnamon chewing gum.  It's lightly sweet, mild, and with a little spice to it.  Not bad!

Lucy Apple Ice

Flavor Description:  "A unique mint and apple flavor".

My Review:  This one is relatively mild in nature.  I pick up a light aroma of apple, along with a faint touch of mint.  In the flavor profile, this one is not too bold by any means.  I pick up an essence of apple first.  It's very light.  There is a subtle sweetness to this one, as well.  In the background, a subtle cooling essence is there.  It's minty, but very faint.  The flavor profile is lightly sweet, in nature.  The two flavors do meld together the longer you have the pouch in, but they don't become too bold.

Rating and Final Thoughts

Of the bunch, Mango was my favorite, at 3.38/5.  Cinnamon and Espresso next at 3.29/5.  Wintergreen after that at 3.21/5.  Mint and Apple Ice lastly at 3.13/5.  As far as the product itself goes, it isn't bad.  The pouches are a bit dry for my taste, but the flavor profiles are decent.  Apple Ice was the mildest one of the bunch.  But they're decent, as far as US market products go.  If I had to recommend any though, I would stick with Mango being the one I'd suggest people to try out!
