Swedish Match recently discontinued their Volt series and has been expanding their Zyn series in Sweden. Zyn is also sold in the US, but in Sweden, the Zyn line has many slim/moist pouches that are top notch. They seem to really love the mint flavor, though. There’s

Fresh Mint Mini, which is a moist mini. I haven't had that one yet. The flavor description for this one says, "
ZYN Gentle Mint Slim has a flavor of spearmint and vanilla with a hint of sweetness". Each can weighs 14.7 grams and has 21 pouches, weighing 0.7g each. The nicotine content is 9.3mg/g, which breaks down to 6.51mg/pouch!
Opening the can, the aroma that I pick up is quite nice. It's a relatively smooth aroma of spearmint with some sweetness. I can actually pick up vanilla, too! In a lot of products that say mint+vanilla, I can rarely taste or smell any vanilla. This time, it actually comes through. The pouches are slim, semi-moist, and soft with a comfortable mouthfeel. There is a light cooling presence that comes on with this one, as well. The flavor is really something nice. It's a mellow, yes, gentle, taste of spearmint. It's lightly sweet, and has smooth, subtle hints of vanilla. It's very impressive. The nicotine strength feels pretty light though, which is a bummer. It feels slightly below regular strength. The flavor lasts a while though, pushing 40-45 minutes, on average!
Rating and Final Thoughts
This was a pretty solid pouch! I wish it was a little stronger, but the flavor was top notch. I rated it at 3.5/5. This is probably one of the better tasting mint nicotine pouches on the market today, to be honest. If you like mint products, I'd definitely say check these out!
