Puff & Pouch (Nicotine Pouches) - Review. 25 February 2025.

I've seen these Puff and Pouch nicotine pouches before, but haven't really messed with them.  I found the graphics to be kinda cheesy.  Especially the "Wasted" one with the GTA theme.  However, the FDA has recently "red listed" one of my favorite products, Loop Jalapeno Lime.  So, I've been trying to find a replacement for it.  I checked out this store, Snuzyn, and found this line has a Mango Jalapeño product in it, so I said what the hey, I'll give it a try.  I grabbed a few other flavors in this series, as well.  This brand is made by Premium Pouch, and it looks like they're located in Finland.  According to their website, they also make the brand called "Greatest".  Now, let's check out these products!

Puff & Pouch Wasted (Mango Jalapeño)

Flavor Description:  "The juicy sweetness of ripe mangoes paired with a fiery jalapeño spice".
Can Contents:  14 grams, 20 pouches, 0.7 grams each
Nicotine Strength:  16mg/g, or 11.2mg/pouch

Review:  When I first opened this can, I was quite impressed with the aroma.  The mango presence is front and center, with some sweetness, and a hint of spice.  The pouches are slim, soft, and moist.  Under the lip, they give a little bit of a burn when you put one in.  Flavor-wise, this stuff is delicious.  The mango/jalapeño blend is top notch.  It's lightly sweet, lightly spicy, and very well balanced.  The nicotine strength feels about the regular level, and the flavor hangs out a good 35-40 minutes, on average.

Puff & Pouch Rage Edition:  Rage Lemonade

Flavor Description:  "A refreshing lemonade flavor complemented by an invigorating cooling sensation".
Can Contents:  14 grams, 20 pouches, 0.7 grams each
Nicotine Strength:  16.6mg/g, or 11.62mg/pouch

Review:  Opening the can, this one has a minty lemonade smell.  It's lightly sweet, and lightly tart, with clear tones of lemon.  The pouches are slim, moist, and soft.  Under the lip, I also get a little burn with this one.  Then some cooling notes.  The flavor is an interesting pairing of tart lemon with sweet mint.  In the nicotine strength, this one feels about regular strength.  I find the flavor lasts about 35-40 minutes.

Puff & Pouch Berries

Flavor Description:  "A harmonious blend of berry flavors, with a prominent juicy blueberry essence".
Can Contents:  15 grams, 20 pouches, 0.75g each
Nicotine Strength:  16mg/g, or 12mg/pouch

Review:  I really like the way this one smells.  It's a sweet mix of berries, and seems like a mix of blueberry and grape.  The pouches, like the last two, are slim, moderately soft, and with a decent moisture amount.  They also give a little burn under the lip.  Flavor-wise, this one is quite tasty.  The blueberry/grape mix is good stuff.  It's also a little sweet, but not too sweet.  The nicotine strength on this one also feels about the regular level.  Flavor longevity is the same, 35-40 minutes.

Rating and Final Thoughts

So, yes, the can designs are kinda cheesy.  The berries one isn't, but the other two are.  But, the flavors are all pretty solid.  The nicotine strength is comfortable, and the pouches are nice.  Mango Jalapeño came in at 3.42/5.  Berries come in at 3.17/5.  Rage Lemonade came in at 3.08/5.  Of the 3, Mango Jalapeño was my favorite.  That is definitely one I'll be getting more of!
