I've been looking forward to reviewing this one. I am a big fan of blackcurrant, but sadly it's not a flavor we see in snus very often. We see it in nicotine pouches here and there, but not so often in snus. Back in 2012, Swedish Match made a snus called Catch Blackcurrant. To date, it is still one of my favorite snus products of all time. In 2020, Skruf released a product called Skruf Solbær (Solbär), which was a nice blackcurrant snus, but it had a little mint mixed into the flavor. I'm not usually big into that, but I still used it until it as discontinued. Now, Swedish Match has brought forth a blackcurrant snus! Let's check this new one out. The product description for this one from the Swedish Match website says, "Light tobacco character with clear hints of fruit and berries as well as clear hints of black currants". Each can weighs 16.6 grams and has 24 portions, weighing 0.69 grams each. The nicotine content is 12mg/g, but with that portion weight it breaks down to 8.28mg/portion, or regular strength!
Opening up the can, the aroma that comes through is quite nice. Two things I notice: one, it isn't super sweet, and two, it doesn't have mint in the aroma. We're off to a good start! I pick up a clear aroma of red berry, and a nice presence of black currant. It has almost a tea-like essence to the aroma, as well. The portions are slim, a little on the light side, and moderately moist. They aren't as moist as the average white portion, and seem slightly dryer. They have a good feel under the lip though, so that's a plus. Flavor-wise, I was nervous. I bought a roll of this as soon as it came out. I don't usually buy a roll of snus blind, but I did this time. But, it turns out, that was a good choice. This stuff tastes great! It reminds me almost of One Red, because the fruity taste isn't super sweet, and it's very well balanced. I pick up a clear red berry taste, along with a subtle tea-like note. The blackcurrant comes through very clearly, and there's a mild tobacco tone in the background. It's also not minty, and again, not overly sweet. The taste is great! Nicotine-wise, this one feels about regular strength, so I'm happy there. Flavor lasts quite a while, usually well up to an hour!

Rating and Final Thoughts
It's funny, the first snus I ever rated when I added a rating system was Skruf's Blackcurrant snus a few years back. And, this one ended up with the same rating as that one, but I like this one a lot more. The flavor is much better. At 4.17/5, this is a highly rated snus around here. And I can definitely say this has become one of my favorites, and it will be in my regular rotation. Well, until SM discontinues it like they do anytime I like a snus. But, I'll be enjoying it until then!
