Snus.biz: Sakura (Lös) - Review. 29 December 2019.

If you aren't familiar with them, Snus.biz is a snus manufacturer in Ukraine, making quality Swedish Snus exclusively in the loose format.  Not only that, but they keep it old school and produce snus the way God intended - in 50 gram cans.  I've been a big fan of their for years now, and have even made some great collaborations with them:  Snubie Blood Orange and Goji Berry LösSnubie Mr. Bacon Lös, Snubie Bacon and Cheese Lös, and Snubie Cherokee Rose Lös. I've reviewed a lot of their other products, and you can check out those reviews, here.

Product Details:

Flavor: “Infused with nectar and young sakura petals and buds.”
Tobacco Used: “Finely shredded Kizami, a special strong tobacco, which is traditionally used for pipes in Japan."
Grind: Combo Grind
Contents: 50g
Nicotine: 15-20mg/g

When you open the can, the floral scent greets you in a refreshing way. It’s lightly sweet, and gentle. The tobacco character is of a darker nature, but it’s relatively mild. The loose tobacco itself takes a little longer to bake than regular ground snus, but it’s not too hard. The snus is soft, moist, and quickly releases flavor when under the lip. The floral taste is present, but it’s not overdone. It’s more of a soft floral flavor. It has the lightly sweet nature of flowers, but it’s not in your face. The tobacco character is dark and earthy, but gentle and mild in presence. The nicotine feels to be around the strong level, and the flavor lasts about 45 minutes on average!  If you like snus with a floral presence to it, check this one out.  It's more of a softer taste, but the backing tobacco adds an extra depth to the flavor!
