Zyn Espressino (Mini Dry) Nicotine Pouches - Review. 7 October 2019.

Today I'm going to be reviewing a new Zyn product for the Swedish market: Zyn Espressino Mini Dry! If you've read my reviews long, you know I'm not a coffee drinker, but I do enjoy the occasional coffee snus! In fact, of the Zyn products available in the US, I do enjoy the Zyn Coffee from time to time. This one is like the Zyn products sold in the US, but it's one that's available on the Swedish market. So, apologies to those in the US, this isn't one you'll be able to buy in your local store.  This one also doesn't come with the childproof lid like Zyn in the US, which I hope isn't a reflection of how Swedes view us across the pond.

When it comes to Zyn Espressino, the flavor description says, "ZYN Espressino is one of two new products from ZYN. It has a dark character and as its name implies it has a clear element of coffee, mixed with cocoa, nougat and vanilla. The combination gives a deep flavor complemented by creamy sweetness.  These flavors form a dark character with deep flavors and sweet tones".  This one comes in an 8g can with 20 portions, for 0.4g portions.  The nicotine content is 7.5mg/g (0.75%), or 3mg per portion.

If you're not familiar with Zyn, here's a look at what's inside the pouch. This is a nicotine pouch product, meaning it contains nicotine, but no tobacco! Zyn Mini Dry contains flavor, non-tobacco filler, nicotine salts and pH balancers.  It looks a bit like table salt.  The nicotine pouch category has been growing lately, as a number of people are wanting to quit tobacco, but not nicotine.  While these aren't products I use myself, I am glad they exist for that segment of the market who wants to continue to enjoy nicotine, but may want to quit tobacco.

When you open the can, the aroma is a lightly sweet, creamy coffee smell with a hint of vanilla. These nicotine pouches are small, and dry to the touch. They aren't super comfortable at first, but as they get more moist they do get more comfortable. The flavor is super tasty! It's a sweet, creamy, natural black coffee taste. I also notice a little hint of vanilla in the background, which mixes very well with the coffee flavor! The nicotine level is very light, and doesn't feel as strong as a regular strength product. I have to use two of these when I review them. The flavor, on average, lasts about 30-40 minutes.  It is a pretty tasty product!  If you're a nicotine pouch fan who likes the taste of coffee, you're going to enjoy this one.
