Today, we have a new US Zyn product to check out. Yes, along with Zyn Ultra, they have also launched 3 new mini dry flavors in the US: Peach, Black Cherry, and Dragonberry! Peach and Black Cherry already existed in Sweden for years, but Dragonberry is a new flavor. It's been since Citrus/Chill/Smooth launched in 2019 that Swedish Match has added new permanent flavors to the Zyn family. Local availability on these is kinda hit and miss, but if you're looking for them, Nicokick.com has them. The flavor description for this one says "A vibrant mix of berry and tropical notes for a bright, lively taste". Each can weighs 6 grams and has 15 pouches, sitting at 0.4 grams each. These come in the 3 and 6mg strengths. I have the 6mg today, because the 3mg is much too weak for me, personally. Now, let's taste!
I spent a few days with this one trying to decipher the flavor. It's one that caught me offguard. In the aroma, a mild, light character greets you. I pick up a tart, slightly sweet berry character. The pouches are the usual heritage Zyn format - these are small, and dry, and stiff. They aren't super comfortable under the lip, but they do moisten up and soften up in time. Now, the flavor. After spending a lot of time with it, it finally dawned on me what this one reminds me of. It tastes like Red Bull. It has that classic, OG energy drink flavor. The tart, sweet, berry flavor that I love about Red Bull. It's mild, because it's a dry pouch, but it's quite tasty. In the strength, the 6mg is the strongest dry version they make in the US, and to me it's not super strong or anything, but it does have a moderate kick to it. The flavor isn't super present, so the flavor longevity isn't too long, maybe 30-40 minutes or so.

Rating and Final Thoughts
The score on this one wasn't super high, I gave it a 3.33/5. It's still a good product, and I really enjoyed the flavor. I don't do a lot of mini dry pouches, but I do love Red Bull. So, I enjoyed this one. I will add that when I refigure my score, if this product was launched in the Zyn Ultra format, it would be a 4/5. So, PMI, if you're listening, make it happen.
