Nubz Clear (Nicotine Pouches) - Review. 29 May 2026.

Today, we wrap up our series on the Nubz Nicotine Pouch lineup!  We're going to be diving into their "Clear" one today.  Of course, this is going to be an unflavored one.  Nubz is a new line of pouches made here in the USA!  The flavor description for this one says "Clear is designed for those who want a clean nicotine experience without added flavor".  The can says that the total weight is 6 grams, with 20 pouches per can.  This would mean each pouch weighs 0.3g each.  This one I have in the glorious 9mg strength.  I've had their past two in the 6mg strength, so it's nice to get into one in a higher strength level!  Now, let's get into it!

One quick note, these come in the child-resistant can.  So, to open it, basically turn it to the left until it pauses, then push down and turn left a hair more, then you can pop it open.  As far as the review goes, this one will be pretty straightforward.  In the aroma, I mostly smell the pouch material.  There seems to be a hair of sweetness, but it's very basic in sum.  The pouches are great though, it's one thing I've loved about the Nubz series.  They're slim, soft, and moderately moist.  The pouch material is super soft, and feels great against the gum.  I also get a slight tingle/cooling presence against the gum.  The flavor, like the aroma, is very basic.  There's not much to it.  It is, as promised, an unflavored pouch.  It has a light sweet tone to it, but that's about it.  Very simple!  The nicotine kick is solid at the 9mg level.  It releases pretty quickly, and feels firmly at the "regular strength" mark.  I can't speak to the flavor longevity, because there isn't a flavor.  You can basically keep these in as long as you're enjoying the effect.

Where can you buy Nubz Pouches?

You can find this on their website, nubzpouches.com.  They also gave me a promo code to give my readers to save 20% off, SNUBIE20.  So, thanks to Nubz for doing that!

Rating and Final Thoughts

This is where I usually do a rating.  However, several months ago I stopped rating unflavored products.  It's not easy to do it, because without an aroma and flavor, the rating can skew really high.  So, I don't do it anymore, because it's a little unfair to other pouches, I have found.  But, I will at least offer my final thoughts.  Lately, I've been using a lot more unflavored pouches.  I have no idea why, just something I've had a craving for lately.  I enjoyed the can I've gone through already of this one.  Nice effect, nice mouthfeel, good all day type of pouch if you like the simple stuff.  The Nubz brand as a whole is pretty decent, so if you're looking for a new brand to check out you may dig it!

  1. Nice review! It’s interesting to see more of these alternative, low-profile formats hitting the US market lately. I’ve been keeping an eye on different ultra-thin options because I hate the giant lip bulge from standard pillow pouches. Have you by any chance looked into the new ones over at [r/zarpouch](https://www.reddit.com/r/ZarPouch/) ? They're less than 1mm thin and designed for a much quicker release. I'd love to see how those compare to these Nubz in terms of comfort and how fast the nicotine hits.

    1. I've reviewed Zar here before. It's not for me. Too thin, not enough mouthfeel, I like a plump pouch.
