Four months ago I put out a post that Granit Snus was being discontinued, and being merged into the Lundgrens Snus line. Today we have Lundgrens Vit (White Portion), the Snus Formerly Known As Granit White. It still retains it's cheaper price, too. On Sunspot, General White is listed at $5.07 per can, while this is $3.89 per can. As far as the snus goes, the flavor description says "a smooth and balanced tobacco flavor with subtle citrus notes". Each can weighs 17.6g and has 22 portions, weighing 0.8g each. The nicotine content is 10mg/g, which breaks down to 8mg/portion. Now, let's go ahead and pop open a can and check out the snus!
To kick this off, if you enjoyed Granit White before, this one is no different. Well, the can is different. But, what's inside the can remains unchanged. Opening the can, I pick up a peppery bergamot aroma. There's a mild tobacco base in the mix, as well. The portions are semi-plump, and moderately moist. They're soft to the touch, with a decent feel under the lip. In the flavor profile, it's the traditional taste of Swedish Snus. It tastes just like I remember the old Granit White tasting. The bergamot taste is pretty mild, and has some subtle peppery notes with it. The tobacco base is subtle, and earthy. In the strength, this one feels about the regular level. The flavor lasts quite a while; usually I can enjoy this one for up to an hour!

Rating and Final Thoughts
My rating remains the same from the last time I had this one, 3.42/5. It's still a pretty decent snus. If you like traditional flavors and want to save a few bucks, you can't go wrong with Lundgren's White. It's a trooper, that's for sure. If you were waiting for a review to try this one out, I can reassure you, Granit-Lovers, you'll be pleased!
