Knox Karaktär (Green White) - Snus Review. 23 March 2026.

I originally reviewed this one back in 2023 when it was a limited edition.  It appears as though Skruf thought highly of it, because I saw it for sale recently on SnusPort.com, without the limited edition tag on the lid.  So, we're back at it again with Knox Green.  Honestly, I wasn't the biggest fan of this one back then, so we'll see how I feel 3 years later.  The flavor description for this one says "A nuanced flavor of well-rounded tobacco topped by hints of spruce shoots and birch sap".  Each can weighs 19.2g and has 22 portions, at 0.87g each.  The nicotine content is 12mg/g, which breaks down to 10.44mg/portion.  Now, let's open the can and check this one out!

Opening the can, it's definitely herbal.  But like, kitchen herbal.  It makes me think of rosemary, but with some spruce, maybe a little pine.  The portions are slightly dry, and soft to the touch.  I find them to be pretty plump, with a nice mouthfeel.  In the flavor profile, it doesn't seem to have changed much.  I'm still not a fan.  It's not terrible, but it's not my cup of tea.  It's definitely herbal, and I pick up that rosemary character.  There's some tobacco, and earthiness to it, and a little pine.  It's an interesting flavor, that's for certain.  In the strength, it feels a little above regular strength.  The flavor lasts a decent amount of time, around an hour or so, on average.

Rating and Final Thoughts

All in all, my rating remains unchanged.  It still sits at 3.2/5.  It's a decent snus, don't get me wrong.  And I'm glad it exists.  In 2026, that's saying a lot, as most products are going away.  However, the flavor profile isn't one I enjoy.  If you like herbal tastes, you may enjoy it.  But at the end of the day, it's a pass for me.  But it was fun to review again!
