Today, I have something a little different to check out. This is a new-ish product from Alp, made right here in the good ol' US of A! These is Alp Caffeine Break! I've reviewed a lot of their nicotine pouch products in the past, but I saw these and have been quite curious to check them out. This is how they describe them: "Perfect for early mornings, late nights, or anytime you need to lock in. Nicotine-free and made in the USA, these pouches are designed for clean energy without compromise. Just pop one in and power up. No mess, no crash, no nonsense". Let's open up the can and check out the pouches!
Alp Caffeine Break: Wintergreen
My Review: Opening the can, I get a really nice wintergreen aroma from these. It's slightly sweet, but bold. In the flavor, the wintergreen comes through clearly. It's rich, sweet, and quite flavorful!
Alp Caffeine Break: Peppermint
My Review: I like the peppermint aroma of these. It's present, and lightly sweet, but has a nice earthy presence to it. In the flavor, the mint taste is nice. It's got a nice tone of peppermint to it, but with a slight tea-essence to it. It's very flavorful!
Alp Caffeine Break: Coffee
My Review: I don't drink a lot of coffee, personally. But, I do enjoy coffee flavored things. In the can, these have a pretty solid, bold aroma of coffee. The coffee taste comes through clearly. It's bold, and robust. I like that it isn't overly sweet.
Alp Caffeine Break: Spicy Cinnamon
My Review: Opening the can, I get a present aroma of cinnamon. It's sweet, but slightly spicy. In the flavor, I dig the cinnamon presence. Like in the aroma, it's slightly sweet, and slightly spicy. It's very well balanced. And, that tea base adds a nice earthy tone to it.
Alp Caffeine Break: Black Cherry
My Review: I saved the best for last. Or, what I hoped was going to be the best, we'll see. I really like black cherry, especially in pouches. I like the black cherry aroma that comes through with this one. It's present, and not overly sweet. It's quite enjoyable. In the flavor profile, I'm pretty pleased with the black cherry character. It's not mega sweet, and comes through pretty nicely. Definitely a tasty pouch!
The Contents
They call these "XL Pouches". To compare them to a regular Alp nicotine pouch (left), you can see these are much bigger. The can weighs 10g and has 15 pouches, weighing 0.67g each. A regular Alp pouch weighs 0.5g each, so these are a little bigger. They're pretty dry, but soft. They fill out the lip really well. The caffeine content is 50mg per pouch, which is pretty decent. That's about as much as a can of Mountain Dew. It has a nice delivery to it, and doesn't give me the jitters, which is nice. All these tend to have about 40-50 minutes of flavor longevity. Now, let's get into these reviews and check these out!

Rating and Final Thoughts
All in all, these were pretty good! I like the pouch size. You don't often get a lot of pouches that really fill the lip out like these do. These are big boy pouches! Black Cherry was my favorite, at 3.67/5. Spicy Cinnamon and Wintergreen came in at 3.33/5. Coffee next at 3.25/5, followed by Peppermint at 3.17/5. So, if you want a pouch with a nice kick to it, give these a go. I think you'll dig them!
