Today, we have another new product from Alp to check out: the new Alp Peppermint! Alp has been dropping a lot of mint flavors lately. They started with Refreshing Chill and Chilled Mint, launched Spearmint in October, and now Peppermint! Apparently this one is a limited edition, too. They say: "Peppermint is here for a limited holiday run and once it’s gone, it’s gone. This crisp flavor delivers a bold, icy peppermint hit with ALP’s signature moist pouch. We’re not restocking this one. When the holidays pass and it's sold out, Peppermint is gone for good". Like other Alp pouches, this one comes in a 10 gram can with 20 pouches at 0.5g each. The nicotine contents available are 3mg, 6mg, and 9mg. This one says it's still made in India, but I've heard that Alp is looking to move their production to the US soon. Now, let's check out the taste!
Opening the tin, this one has a great aroma. It's a fresh, sweet aroma of peppermint. The pouches are slim in size, and moderately dry. They're not as dry as Zyn, but not as moist as Velo, for example. In the lip they have a nice fit, and will soften up as the pouch moistens up. I also pick up a subtle cooling sensation under my upper lip. In the flavor profile, this is probably their best mint yet. I'm usually more of a spearmint guy, but this one tastes a little better. The peppermint flavor is fresh, icy, smooth, and sweet. In the strength, I got it in the 6mg level. This is a little light for me, I think their 9mg is better. But, if you're a lighter user, they also have a 3mg for you. The flavor lasts a decent 30-40 minutes, on average.

Rating and Final Thoughts
This one was pretty tasty, and probably Alp's best mint release yet. I have it sitting at 3.67/5. I think people who enjoy mint flavors are probably going to be pleased with this one. Again, for some reason it's a limited edition, so grab some up if you want to before it's gone.
