Zimo Nicotine Pouches - Review. 1 October 2025.

About a month ago, I did some reviews of Zimo.  They weren't very favorable.  I found the pouches to be very dry, uncomfortable, and lacking flavor.  I spoke to the Zimo team and found out this wasn't how they were supposed to be, so I got some replacements.  Sure enough, these are much better.  I found these newer pouches to be slim, soft, and comfortable.  They aren't super dry, but not super moist.  But, satisfactory.  I suspect the ones I had before may have been old, or stored improperly, from the store I purchased them from.  So, I took that review down and today I'm doing a new one!  Zimo is a product line made by Photondust Technology Group Limited, which is in China from what I've gathered.  They're distributed here in the US.  I have them in the 8mg strength, but you can also get these in 3mg and 6mg.  But I found the 8mg strength to be comfortable, and to feel right at the regular strength level.  I also found a decent lifespan with these, about 30-40 minutes of life.  I weighed these out and found the pouches to weigh just 0.55g each.  There's 20 pouches per can, so that means each can sits at 11g.  Now, let's get into the reviews and see how they taste!

Zimo Wintergreen

Flavor Description:  "A minty zest with a touch of sweetness".

My Review:  Opening the can, I pick up a present minty aroma with a subtle hint of wintergreen.  Much like other US wintergreen products, I've dubbed this "mintergreen".  In the flavor, it's a little sweet.  I pick up a present mint character, along with a hint of wintergreen.

Zimo Raspberry

Flavor Description:  Not available

My Review:  This one has a mild, gentle, fruity aroma of raspberry.  It's not overly sweet.  The flavor is pretty tasty.  The raspberry flavor is present, and not too overpowering.  Like with the aroma, it's not a mega-sweet flavor, either.

Zimo Mint

Flavor Description:  "A refreshing minty blast".

My Review:  This one has a pretty present, semi-sweet aroma of peppermint.  In the aroma and flavor both I find it to be quite refreshing.  The peppermint flavor is pretty smooth, and gentle in nature.  It's sweet, but not mega-sweet.

Zimo Mango

Flavor Description:  "The juicy tang of a sun-ripened mango".

My Review:  Opening up the can, I pick up a tropical, present aroma of mango.  It's pretty refreshing in nature.  It's slightly sweet, but not over the top sweet.  The flavor is also pretty tasty.  I like a tropical flavor, so I found the mango taste on this one to be pretty enjoyable.  It's present, and not too sweet.

Zimo Lemon

Flavor Description:  Not available

My Review:  Opening the can, I note a really nice aroma of lemon to this one.  It's citrusy, tart, and not mega sweet.  In the flavor, I dig it.  It is slightly sweet, but not overly sweet.  It is tart in essence, as well.  I like the lemon flavor on this one.  It's nice and citrusy.  Good stuff!

Zimo Grapę

Flavor Description:  "A timeless and universally beloved flavor".

My Review:  I get a pretty nice grape character to this one.  In the aroma, the purple grape comes through pretty clearly.  It's slightly sweet, too.  In the flavor profile, I definitely like the grape flavor on this one.  It's flavorful, and presence.  It's not too sweet, but has a light sweetness to it.

Zimo Blueberry

Flavor Description:  "The pure essence of ripe blueberries".

My Review:  We have come to the end!  Lastly, we are wrapping up with blueberry!  Opening the can, the aroma that comes through is mild, but balanced.  It is lightly sweet in nature, and has a subtle note of blueberry to it.  In the flavor profile, the blueberry taste is mild, and gentle.  It's a pretty good flavor.  It is a little on the sweet side, but it's not too mega sweet or anything.  But, it does have a pretty decent flavor of blueberry to it!

Rating and Final Thoughts

I will say this, these were much better than the last Zimo products I had.  I can definitely tell those weren't stored properly, or were old.  The ones I enjoyed the most were Mango (3.33/5), Lemon (3.33/5) and Raspberry (3.17/5).  Grape was decent, also at 3.17/5.  Wintergreen and Blueberry were okay, at 3/5.  Mint was decent, but I'm not a big mint user, that one sat at 2.83/5.  But, if you're in the US and want to try out something different that is easy to get ahold of, I think you'll enjoy these.
