I first encountered Fully Loaded back in 2019 when I tried out their pouches. I never got around to reviewing their long cut, but I recently grabbed a bunch of their stuff to do reviews. I did a new review yesterday of their pouches, and today I'm finally checking out their long cut! Today I have their Classic, Wintergreen. and Dark Wintergreen flavors. They also make Mint, Straight, Cherry, Peach, and Bourbon. With the FDA "red-listing" and banning a lot of snus products from the US, products like this serve as a good backup option for those of us who want to enjoy nicotine in a safer format to smoking/traditional moist snuff. Now, let's open a can and check this out!
What's in the can?
Review: Opening up the can, this one has that rich, smoky smell of a Natural-type dip. I pick up smoke, wood notes, and an earthy base. In the flavor profile, for a non-tobacco product, it's honestly not that bad. It has a tobacco-esque flavor to it, with notes of smoke. It's woodsy, and makes me think of oak, and perhaps a little hickory.
Review: Opening up the can, I notice a minty wintergreen aroma. It has a slight touch of smoke to it, as well. The flavor is a pretty standard American wintergreen flavor, but it has a minty undertone to it. It's slightly smoky, and has very gentle wood hints to it.
Review: It's interesting, their Dark Wintergreen pouches use a tea base instead of mint leaf, but the long cut (this one) uses mint leaf. This one does smell and taste similarly to their regular wintergreen. The pouch Dark Wintergreen was very different from the pouch Wintergreen. This one is similar to the long cut Wintergreen. It is slightly smokier, not as sweet, and minty but not quite as minty as the previous one.
What's in the can?
The can contains a blend of mint leaf, kudzu root, and tobacco free nicotine. Each can weighs in at 34 grams. I haven't been able to find a nicotine strength anywhere online, outside of the can saying "Full Nicotine". I know their pouches are 7mg, so I'm thinking this may be somewhere around that strength, in terms of what it feels like when I'm using it. The material is pretty nice - good and moist, easy to pack, and goes into the lip easily. I upper-lip this stuff, because I'm a snus guy, but you can lower-lip it if you choose to. It stays well packed and has a decent amount of flavor longeity, usually well over the half hour mark!

Rating and Final Thoughts
These were pretty solid products! As someone who uses dip from time to time, and uses lös snus pretty regularly, I can say that products like these would make a good alternative if the FDA suddenly bans all snus from the US market (which I suspect may be right around the corner). If you're looking for a good alternative, these are pretty decent! Classic and Dark Wintergreen hit at 3.83/5 for me, and Wintergreen came in at 3/5. Not bad scores!
