Today, we're going to be doing another nicotine pouch review. But hey, good news, it's not another mint flavor. This one is more in line with what I like: the citrus taste! This is a new one in the Volt series: Volt Zesty Citrus. I've been a big fan of their Zyn Citrus Slim Strong for many years, and I also enjoyed it in their Thunder Citrus (which tastes identical to the Zyn version). Going into this review, my impression was that this would be, simply, a clone of Zyn and Thunder Citrus. I did, however, notice some minor differences. So, it doesn't appear to be the same recipe. The flavor description for this one says, "VOLT Zesty Citrus Slim Super Strong has a taste of citrus with hints of lime and menthol". Each can weighs in at 14.7 grams and has 21 pouches, for 0.7g each. The strength comes in at 18mg/g (1.8%), which breaks down to 12.5mg/pouch with the 0.7g pouch weight.
When you open the can, a present aroma of lemon comes through with a hint of lime. It has a fresh type of presence to it, but it's not overly mentholated or minty. The pouches are slim, and moderately soft, with a decent moisture amount. They are comfortable under the lip, and come with a gentle cooling sensation in the lip. The flavor does remind me a lot of Zyn and Thunder. It's a tart, lemonade type of flavor. There's lemon, there's a little lime, some tartness, and a little sweetness. I do notice a "fresh" type of presence to the flavor, but it's not really a heavy menthol or mint presence. It's interesting. The nicotine strength on this one feels to be about the strong level and has a decent, fast kick to it. The flavor hangs out about 40-45 minutes, on average.

Rating and Final Thoughts
So overall, this one was pretty decent. It did remind me in a way of Zyn and Thunder Citrus. This one was a little different because it has some menthol in it, which added a cooling presence to it. I ended up rating it the same as I did with the other Swedish Match citrus nicotine pouch products - 3.5/5. It's a pretty solid product if you use nicotine pouches. Considering most of them are minty, this is one that is different from 99% of them out there.
