With the snus market getting smaller the past few years (thanks to the rise of nicotine pouches), there haven't been a lot of new smokeless tobacco products for me to review. That has led me to start adding nasal snuff reviews here to Snubie.com. I've been using and enjoying nasal snuff for quite some time, and figured it was time to add these reviews here! McChrystals is a UK based company going back to 1926. They're currently in their fourth generation running the company. The

McChrystal's Summer Harvest is a zesty snuff packed with the lively aroma of ripe raspberries. This fruity pinch is accompanied with a pastoral tobacco taste reminiscent of a stroll through a mature woodland". This is a 3.5 gram mini tin.
When I first open the tin, the note that comes off of it is raspberry. A fresh, lightly sweet, ripe raspberry smell; it's a pretty nice aroma! It has a medium grind to it, along with a medium moisture amount. Regarding the draw, I find it pretty easy to take. In the aroma, it's nice. A fresh, ripe aroma of raspberry. There's a gentle tobacco backing, along with a semi-floral presence to it. It definitely lives up to the name and has a fresh, summer presence to it! I don't really notice a major drip or throat hit with this one. In regards to the nicotine strength, it's pretty decent. It has an average kick to it. As far as the after-aroma goes, the raspberry does linger about for a few minutes.
Rating and Final Thoughts
I rated this one at 3.33/5. Honestly, raspberry is pretty unique. And this one captures it quite well, in a very enjoyable way. I like McChrystal's because their snuff is pretty easy to work with. It has a nice nicotine strength, and provides a pleasant, enjoyable experience overall. It's a high quality product, and one I suggest checking out. If you've never had this one, it's worth a go!
