LeMax Nicotine Pouches: Lemon & Citrus - Reviews. 25 November 2021.

I recently stumbled across LeMax Nicotine Pouches via their Instagram account.  I don't review a lot of nicotine pouches, but these caught my eye so I figured I'd give them a go.  LeMax is a brand made by Lemax Corporation in China.  They use TFN/synthetic nicotine, meaning there is no tobacco involved whatsoever in their nicotine pouches.  While some companies use tobacco-derived nicotine, these pouches do not contain "any tobacco derived substance".  LeMax comes in a wide range of flavors, and today we're checking out their Lemon and Citrus variants.  Each can weighs 8 grams, and contains 20 pouches, for a pouch weight of 0.4g each.  The nicotine content is 8mg/pouch in total.

LeMax Nicotine Pouches: Lemon

Flavor Description:  "Experience a crisp and sweet tangy lemonade. Sweet, tangy lemon flavors, a perfect lemon drop vape experience".
Review:  This one has a pretty tart, fresh aroma of lemon to it.  The pouches are pretty dry in nature, but as they get more moist under your lip you'll find they soften up and get more comfortable.  The lemon taste on this one is pretty gentle, and has a bit of a tart, tangy presence to it.  It's light thought, and not super in your face.  In terms of strength, it feels to be just a hair below regular strength.  The flavor, on average, lasts about 30-40 minutes.

LeMax Nicotine Pouches: Citrus

Flavor Description:  "A nice, fresh taste of citrus fruits. Experience aromas from orange and lemon grass that give this nicotine product its fruity and fresh flavor".
Review:  Of the two, I like the aroma/flavor of this one better.  It's a citrusy smell, but has some sweet orange notes mixed in with a little tart lemon.  The pouches are dry, like the previous one, but do get more soft as they get more moist in the lip.  In the flavor profile, the citrus blend is pretty nice.  I notice more orange, which comes across in a gentle, sweet way.  There is a little tart lemon in the mix, but it's pretty mild.  The nicotine on this one also feels to be a little below regular, and the flavor lasts about 30-40 minutes on this one, as well.

Rating and Final Thoughts

While I'm not the biggest user of nicotine pouches, I've found that anything I rate at a 3/5 or higher is something I'd consider to be a decent product.  For this series, Citrus rated at 3.17/5, and Lemon rated at 3.08/5.  These two are two of the better LeMax flavors I've had so far.  If you want to try these out, you can check out their website; they have a lot of flavors available that you might enjoy:  LeMaxPouch.com.
