RITE Cold Dry (Slim & Large) Snus - Review. 10 May 2020.

Back in March of 2019, I reviewed RITE Cold Dry Chew Bags, which are my favorite mint product of the the three RITE mint-flavored chew bags. Now, it appears there is finally a snus version available for those outside of the EU who want to try out RITE products! From what I've heard, SnusMe.com is going to be stocking these soon, so folks in the US will be able to get their hands on them.  RITE is a Swedish Snus made by Ministry of Snus in Denmark.  They're a pretty legit company that is really invested in connecting with the snus (and chew bag) community.  In fact, they made my most recent snus release, Snubie x Ministry of Snus Bourbon Vanilla.  So, needless to say, I'm a fan.  Now, with all that being said, let's get into the reviews!

RITE Cold Dry (Large White)

Flavor Description: "A mix of refreshing spearmint and strong peppermint combined with a freezing cooling effect."
Can Contents: 15g can with 20 portions for 0.75g portions.
Nicotine Strength: 28mg/g (2.8%), or 21mg/portion.

When you open the can, the aroma is a present, lightly sweet mix of peppermint and smooth spearmint. The portions are soft to the touch, and feel great under the lip. When you put a portion in, there's a little burn at first, which gives way to a gentle cooling presence. The flavor is quite nice. It's a gentle taste of peppermint which is mixed with a smooth, lightly sweet spearmint. The nicotine hits pretty quickly, usually within about 5-10 minutes, and the flavor lasts up to about an hour.

Flavor Description: "A mix of refreshing spearmint and strong peppermint combined with a freezing cooling effect."
Can Contents: 13.2g can with 24 portions for 0.55 portions.
Nicotine Strength: 28mg/g (2.8%), or 15.4mg/portion.

This review will be easy - as it's basically the same as the last one but with a slim portion, that fits much better in the lip.  The nicotine is a little less strong, due to there being less nicotine per portion / less nicotine per portion.  And, that's it.  That was an easy review!

In terms of the RITE line, there are four mint products.  But, of all four, this one is my favorite.  It has a wonderful, fresh flavor!  If you're a snus fan looking for a new mint to try, check this one out!
