Loop (Mint Mania) Nicotine Pouches - Review. 14 May 2020.

Today we're talking about a product from a brand new company in Sweden called Another Snus Factory. And yes, their first products are nicotine pouches and not snus. In this review, we'll be talking about three new products in their Loop Nicotine Pouches lineup.  Today I'm reviewing their Mint Mania product - regular strength, strong, and extra strong.  If you're not familiar with nicotine pouches, these are products that are like snus but with one difference:  these contain plant fibers instead of tobacco.  They're a good alternative for people who may want to quit tobacco, but not give up nicotine!

When it comes to this one, the flavor description says "An icy taste of breath freshening mint".  Each can weighs 12.5 grams and has 24 portions, for 0.52 grams per portion.  When it comes to the regular strength one, the nicotine content is 10mg/g (1.0%), or 5.2mg/portion.  When it comes to the strong version, the nicotine strength is 15mg/g (1.5%), or 7.8mg/portion.  When it comes to the extra strong version, I found it listed as 11mg/portion at HayPP.com.  If that's the case, I suspect it could be 20-21mg/g (2.0-2.1%), which would be 10.40-10.92mg/portion.

I'm going to review all these together, as they're basically the same except the nicotine strength.  Each one has, a sharp, lightly sweet, fresh smell of peppermint greets you.  The portions are slim, moderately soft, and quite comfortable under the lip. They're a little bit dryer to the touch than others I've had so far; they remind me a little of the Nordic Spirit nicotine pouches.  There is also a nice tingle, and then a fresh cooling presence when you put one under the lip!  The flavor is a fresh peppermint taste.  It's sharp, presence, and lightly sweet.  It generally lasts up to about 45 minutes on average.  As far as the nicotine strengths go: the regular one feels right around the regular strength level, the strong ones feels just a little above regular strength, and the extra strong one feels between strong and extra strong.

As far as nicotine pouches go, yeah, there's a lot of mint ones out there.  But each one is a little different.  So if you like mint, check these out, and you may enjoy them.  I found the flavors to be fresh, I liked the can designs, and I'll definitely be finishing these.
