Ministry of Snus in Denmark has launched two new products in their RITE brand: RITE Nordic Dry, Slim White and Large White. These products are the strongest products they make, at 32mg/g of nicotine! I've reviewed their other three
RITE chew bag products before, and have been looking forward to reviewing these. If you're not familiar with "chew bags", these are products that are made the same as snus but with two differences: the tobacco is cut instead of ground, and the portion material is a little thicker so they can technically be chewed. This makes them legal to be sold in the EU. I know, it doesn't make sense, but neither does the EU snus ban.
RITE Nordic Dry (Chew Bags) Large
Flavor: "Meet RITE NORDIC DRY– a snus with ultimate nicotine strength. You get an intense, dry flavor sensation through the mix of refreshing spearmint and strong peppermint combined with a freezing cooling effect. NORDIC DRY is developed to give you an extreme nicotine kick!"
Contents: 15 gram can, 17 portions, 0.88g portions.
Nicotine: 32mg/g (3.2%), 28.16mg/portion.
When you open the can, the aroma is a present, sharp, lightly sweet smell of spearmint. The portions are soft, and comfortable in the lip! Being a mint product, you'll get a nice cooling freshness whenever you put one of these under your lip. The flavor is a strong, powerful spearmint flavor. It's very present. It's also not overly sweet. The nicotine kicks quick, and it hits hard; it feels well above the extra strong level. I can't keep these in long, but most chew bags you can keep in the lip for 1-1.5 hours on average.
RITE Nordic Dry (Chew Bags) Slim
Flavor: "Meet RITE NORDIC DRY– a snus with ultimate nicotine strength. You get an intense, dry flavor sensation through the mix of refreshing spearmint and strong peppermint combined with a freezing cooling effect. NORDIC DRY is developed to give you an extreme nicotine kick!"
Contents: 13.2 gram can, 20 portions, 0.66g portions.
Nicotine: 32mg/g (3.2%), 21.12mg/portion.
This one will be very easy to review - it's basically the same as the other one but with two differences. The portions are slim, so much more comfortable in the lip in my opinion. Also, it's not quite as strong because it's a lighter portion, so less nicotine per portion. It's still super strong, don't get me wrong, but not as strong.
As far as these two products go, they're much too strong for me to personally use. However, if you're someone who likes high nicotine products and want a chew bag with a spearmint flavor, you may enjoy these!
