Swedish Match discontinues Lab 13 and Nick & Johnny Original Strong. 4 September 2017.

Swedish Match has discontinued two products - the Lab 13 and Nick and Johnny Strong.

 In regards to the Lab 13, Swedish Match says "To accommodate news in our product range, we will stop producing The LAB 13 in September 2017. For those who like The LAB 13, we have launched G.3 WIRE Super Strong, with the same taste of red berries and tropical fruits but with a significant higher strength. G.3 WIRE Super Strong is the latest addition to our Super Strong series, loaded with 30% more nicotine and 20% lower purity than G.3 Extra Strong. With G.3 WIRE's Slim White Dry format and it's flavor profile, G.3 WIRE is a powerful snus, even for the accustomed strong snuser. The LAB 13 will be in stores until the beginning of October. All products from The LAB and G.3 are sold mainly in the Norwegian market. In Sweden, The LAB and G.3 are sold in selected stores, in our Swedish Match Stores and here on our e-commerce."

When it comes to Nick and Johnny Strong, Swedish Match says, "In order to accommodate updated versions of our other products, we stop producing Nick & Johnny Strong Portion in September 2017. If you enjoy Nick & Johnny Strong Portion, the General Original Portion Extra Strong option is available in Swedish Match's snus assortment and is available in both Sweden and Norway, which also has a tobacco-flavored taste of the same nicotine content (1.4%). Nick & Johnny Strong Portion will be in store until the beginning of October. Other products in the Nick & Johnny family remain the same as before and are sold mainly in the Norwegian market. In Sweden, Nick & Johnny is sold in selected stores, in our Swedish Match Stores and here on our e-commerce."
