What's interesting about this one is that years ago V2 made a product called Offroad Icemint. I don't think I ever reviewed it, but I remember not being a fan of it. So that made me a little nervous going into this product.
The first thing I noticed was that the portions were more tan than brown. They were also quite flat in the can. The aroma that comes through is a mild peppermint smell with a slight hint of menthol to it. There's a nice cooling sensation when you put the portion under your lip. The taste, however, is where this snus disappoints. There's this odd, musty quality to it. It's hard to describe, but it's off-putting. There is a mild flavor of peppermint, a little bit of menthol and a touch of salt. But for some reason these flavors come through in an odd way. It's almost as if the snus tastes old or expired. But, I checked the date and it isn't near expired. So I'm not sure what's up with this flavor, but I couldn't get into it. There are many other good snus products out there, so I'd suggest giving this one a pass.
